Tear in satin blouse? - wide silk ribbon
It's a tear (Clean Cut-type) on the strap of my summer satin blouse. The belt is wide, satin ribbon and silk. The cup is the band, and very small. No idea how I can solve this problem? I do not want to fight. Thank you!
