Some things that work for me:
1. Take a warm bath (or shower), but bathroom is beautiful, and use some lavender.
2. With a heating pad or hot towel on the abdomen.
3. Drink tea made from plants or just hot liquids during your cycle. Chamomile work at all! (Instead of my bags are packed chamomile tea to buy dried chamomile flowers. Mix two tablespoons of chamomile flowers with a cup of boiling water. Soaked two minutes after the mixture is ready to drink. It is also believed that the vitamins and minerals can help throbbing pain, .)
4. Foods, large amounts of vitamin B, calcium, zinc and magnesium help many women every month. Due to the increase of these vitamins, the cramps disappear.
5. Exercise! This is very helpful.
6. Masturbation (heavy), it is a relief for all people
7. If it really bad - please ask your doctor, and you may need medication.
